Cream Cheese French Toast Casserole

Cream Cheese French Toast Casserole

Cream cheese french toast casserole has been the latest successful installment of our Tuesday morning family breakfasts. My husband works six days a week and there is rarely time for a sit down family breakfast so this year we’ve decided to make his one day off a week our family breakfast morning. This will likely result in a new weekly breakfast post series because I’m already looking for new fun dishes to make our days a little sweeter. So keep a look out!

Breakfasts can be hectic.

With a new baby at home we’re often woken up by silly little noises on the monitor and we lay there and debate whether or not we can squeeze in a few more minutes of sleep before those silly little noises turn into aggravated “I’m hungry” baby cries… So this morning we chose to start the day off right and get up and and get breakfast going for everyone (furbabies included).

I wanted to put something together without having to go to the store before even starting my day.

I decided to make Cream Cheese French Toast Casserole and we LOVED it! I’m already thinking of new flavor variations for it. You just can’t go wrong with a breakfast casserole!
