Oven baked, cheesy goodness! Cheeseburger Turnovers are the easy dinner answer!

I’m not one to exaggerate. Go ahead and feed your cravings; You can make these extra cheesy and it only makes them tastier! The best part about this recipe is that you can adapt the recipe to make pretty much any kind of turnovers you’re craving. The possibilities are absolutely endless.

Easy dinner cheeseburger turnovers

Ingredients
  1. 1/2 pound of ground beef
  2. 2c shredded colby jack cheese
  3. pinch of salt and pepper
  4. pinch of garlic and herb seasoning
  5. 1 package of Grands Buttermilk Biscuits, divided and flattened
  6. cookie sheet, greased
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. In a skillet, brown ground beef, season with salt, pepper, garlic seasoning, and drain.
  3. Take a flattened biscuit round, layer beef and cheese on half and fold the top half over to seal it in, creating a turnover.
  4. Use a fork to pinch edges to seal beef and cheese into the turnover and place on greased cookie sheet.
  5. Repeat with remaining biscuit rounds.
  6. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until turnovers are golden brown.
Notes
  1. Try with a variety of different seasonings and cheeses!
