Neverland Baby Shower

Neverland Baby Shower

When we decided to have our Neverland Nursery it made perfect sense that we pick the same theme for our Baby Shower. A party fit for our perfect baby boy! The poor kid is going to have no choice but to love Disney as much as we do. This Neverland Baby Shower is just the start.

We ran into a problem trying to find enough baby boy themed party supplies. There is SO much for baby girls but it seems there is never enough for boys! Anyways, we had to get crafty in order to make the perfect Neverland themed shower.

DIY is the best type of decoration

We chose to decorate with whatever could be used to decorate his nursery as well. It wasn’t the easiest but we had already purchased his teepee from Target so we used that to place the gifts under. We made just about everything else though!

Everyone knows that Peter Pan’s motto is to “Never grow up” so I made a burlap “Never Grow Up” banner. Super easy to make! I found all of the supplies in the “$5, $3, $1” section of Target.

Hubs got crafty and made a lantern with Tinker bell inside. We now use it as a hanging night light in T’s room.

I found this cute little treasure chest, filled it with Hershey’s gold nugget bars, and labeled it “Lost Boy Loot” for party favors!

Even the food was themed!

We even had “Pixie Dust Punch” and Neverland themed cookies!! Honestly, the cookies were probably my favorite part of the shower. Especially being almost 9 months pregnant!

The Best Gifts are Always those that come from the heart

We did receive two very precious gifts that day… My wonderful friend handmade a baby blanket for us and my mom had one of my late grandfather’s old shirts made into a pillow for T. Needless to say, I cried a lot that day. We were surrounded by so much love and we went home with the means to make the perfect Neverland Nursery for our boy!

I hope this helps you make the best Neverland Baby Shower too!!
