Grinchmas Cookies

Grinchmas Cookies

Grinchmas Cookies… Where do I begin? If I’ve said it once, I’ve said it a thousand times; I LOVE Christmas time! It’s my absolute favorite time of year. I love watching Christmas movies and singing Christmas carols from Thanksgiving through New Years and I love crafting and baking Christmas cookies. It all just warms my heart. Now baking Grinchmas cookies are my annual tradition.

Last year I discovered “Cool Whip Cookies“… they’re only 3 ingredients; SUPER easy and delicious! I tried them out because I ended up procrastinating WAY too long for a company cookie bake-off and they ended up being such a hit that I decided to tweak the recipe and make them my own.
