Cool Whip Cookies

Cool Whip Cookies

Cool Whip Cookies (or Cake Mix Cookies as I’ve seen them called every so often) are probably the EASIEST cookies I have EVER made and they are always such a hit that they have become a staple for any occasion. It really doesn’t matter what age group or holiday; Christmas time? Make them Grinchmas Cookies. Valentine’s Day? You can make these! I’ve even made them for a Super Bowl party before!

Only 3 ingredients!

When I say that these are the absolute easiest cookies to make, I’m not exaggerating. Three ingredients in the batter makes it cheap and easy. You can be terrible at baking and still make these turn out perfectly. Talk about an ego boost, right?
